Processing time  
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Each order is carefully prepared, packaged, and dispatched before shipping. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Incorrect address  
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
